#StopTheVirus: Philadelphia residents can call 311 to sign up for COVID-19 vaccine appointments

The COVID-19 vaccine will soon be available to all adults in PA, sign up for the shot

Sheryl and I have been working hard to get the word out about our #StopTheVirus campaign and how you can help by doing three things: get a mask, get the test, get the vaccine. That message is very important today April 1, as we are now a month away from the May Day Challenge to get vaccinated by May 1.

We’ve been fighting this pandemic for more than a year and in that time there have been a number of positive developments in this front. That includes the Biden administration’s efforts to secure more vaccine doses and combat vaccine hesitancy, as well as recent news in Pennsylvania that will make all adults eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine on April 19.

If you have any questions about the vaccine or need more information about the COVID-19 pandemic response in the 7th Senatorial District visit:

Montgomery County recently announced a new process for signing up to get the COVID-19 vaccine. That website will updated once the new sign-up site goes live.

We want to make sure everyone has all of the information available throughout this pandemic. Please visit senatorhughes.com/coronavirus to see the latest info.
