Request your ballot now to allow for enough time for processing, potential mail delays

The coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has made voting by mail essential in the 2020 election.

We will likely be still dealing with the effects of the virus in November and the simplest, safest and most secure way to vote without physically going to the polls is to vote by mail. Unfortunately, the current federal administration has made the U.S. Postal Service a target of widespread changes in a thinly-veiled attack on the election.

Potential delays should not stop you from voting by mail. I do encourage everyone to sign up to vote by mail now and to send back the completed ballot as quickly as possible.

You can request a mail-in ballot today at votespa.com.

You can also call 877-VOTESPA to get help with any questions.

Philadelphia residents can call the City Commissioners at (215) 686-3460 to request a vote-by-mail ballot. Montgomery County residents can call county elections officials at (610-278-3275) to do the same.

Here are some important dates to remember ahead of the Nov. 3 election.
