Harrisburg, December 15, 2010 – State Senate Democratic Leader Jay Costa (D-Allegheny) and Appropriations Chairman Vincent Hughes (D-Phila/Montgomery) will be available for questions from the media immediately following Gov. Ed Rendell’s Mid-Term Budget Update. The budget update will be held Thursday, December 16 at 10 a.m. at the Governor’s Residence. The senators will be available outside the residence as soon as the update concludes.
