He is launching a five-week Financial Empowerment Workshop Series from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, at Mercy Career & Technical High School (2900 West Hunting Park Avenue).

The first topic will be Crisis in Homeownership and will allow attendees opportunities for one-on-one time with representatives from utilities companies and housing counseling programs.
