Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Grant OPEN and Accepting Applications

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has announced that the Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund (PAHAF) has reopened to homeowners struggling as a result of pandemic-related financial hardships.

Roughly $92 MILLION is still available for grants to help eligible homeowners with mortgage and housing-related expenses to address delinquency and avoid default, foreclosure, or displacement from their homes.

If you think you may be eligible for this housing assistance, we encourage you to visit the PAHAF.org website and apply. The website also has a Frequently Asked Questions section with helpful information about the reopening of the program, eligibility, and what you’ll need to apply.

Homeowners who have questions about the program, eligibility, or submitting an application  can contact the dedicated PAHAF Call Center at 888-987-2423, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

You can also reach out to our office at 215-879-7777 if you need additional assistance.
