Help Senator Hughes, Sheryl Lee Ralph-Hughes and Share Food Program feed the kids
This past Saturday, Sen. Hughes and Sheryl Lee Ralph-Hughes led a major food donation campaign, which collected more than 20,000 pounds of food!
The food was donated to our community partner, Share Food Program, which helps those in need year-round. Saturday’s donations came from members of the community at the senator’s Food-A-Thon event and the Community Holiday Affair. Both events were a huge success, thanks in large part to folks like you!
The senator and his wife are continuing to partner with Share throughout holidays, to help ensure children who rely on school breakfast and lunches can get healthy meals during the break. Let’s keep the donations coming! Visit sharefoodprogram.org to see how you can help.
