Together with PA Treasurer Joe Torsella and the Campaign for Working Families, Inc. invite you for a Financial Freedom event. Let us help you find money that you’re entitled to. The event will be held on March 13 from 10 a.m. til 2 p.m. at Parkwest Town Center located at 1575 North 52nd Street in Philadelphia.

We will have experts available to:

  • Prepare your taxes for FREE (annual income less than $54,000)
  • File for Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC)
  • Apply for Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP)
  • Search for unclaimed property (cash, refunds, deposits & more)

What to bring:

  • Original Social Security cards for you and all dependentsLIHEAP

  • Valid state-issued photo ID
  • Income documents including W-2s & 1099s (Misc., R, G, etc.)
  • Voided check for direct deposit
  • Child care co-pay statements & provider Social Security or EIN
  • Education credit (1098-T)
  • Last year’s tax return
  • Health insurance form 1095-A*
  • Identity theft protection PIN*
