Senator Vincent Hughes with StudentsOn Wednesday, June 12th, hundreds of people will converge on the State Capitol in Harrisburg with one thing in mind: Replace Pennsylvania’s system of EDUCATION APARTHEID with entirely fair school funding. Representatives from POWER in faith will rally at Noon in support of House Bill 961 – The 100% Fair Funding Bill. HB 961 will divide 100% of Pennsylvania’s Basic Education Budget according to the just requirements of Pennsylvania’s Fair Funding Formula.
