Convenient and Free Vaccine Clinic Tomorrow
Rates still lagging among children in our communities. Take this opportunity to protect them.
Nearly two years into this pandemic and now a year after vaccines became available, low-income neighborhoods and communities of color are still lagging behind everyone in vaccinations.
The past year has shown us conclusively that the vaccines are safe and effective at protecting you, your family and your community.
Our partners at Penn Medicine are holding a vaccine booster clinic tomorrow at the School of the Future, 4021 Parkside Ave. Take this opportunity from noon to 3 p.m. to get that shot, or get that booster. Children as young as five are eligible, and children over 12 can get a booster.
- Moderna recipients age 18 and older should get a booster at least 5 months after second shot.
- Pfizer recipients age 12 and older should get a booster at least 5 months after second shot.
- Johnson & Johnson recipients age 18 and older should get a Pfizer or Moderna booster at least 2 months after initial shot.
