Harrisburg, Pa. – At 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30 in the Capitol Media Center, Senator Hughes will be joined by legislators and education officials to renew the call for free college through the Pennsylvania Promise. The press conference will also provide updates on the PA Promise initiative to bring free college to all Pennsylvanians, as well as funding to assist families with other postsecondary education and certificate programs.
