That legislation ended 100 years of legal segregation that kept Africans as second-class citizens and out of public libraries, out of many jobs, out of many restaurants, out of many hotels, out of most of higher education. We will be joined by a panel of experts to discuss the impact of the Civil Rights Act in our lives today.
