| May 12, 2009 —Senator Hughes and members of the Philadelphia Delegation held a press conference at Temple University Hospital to discuss the draconian cuts contained in the proposed Senate Republican Budget, which would result in Temple University Health System and other Philadelphia health systems losing $85 million in state support.
