On the Issues: A Look Back as We Continue to Move Forward
Since the end of August, a lot has been happening –hurricanes, significant flooding, the celebration of Labor Day, the marking of the 10thanniversary of 9/11/01, President Obama’s effort on jobs, just to name a few. We’ve been sending out a number of “On the Issues (OTI’s)” on many of these subjects, and I realize that sometimes they get crowded in your inbox. So, I thought it would be a good idea to step back for a moment and re-cap what we’ve been sending out, so that you didn’t miss anything. Below are links to the “On the Issues.” Since the middle of August, if you see something that you like or that you may have missed, just click on the link.
On Monday, 9/16/11, the Senate will return to session. There is a lot going on, and we will make sure that you are fully informed. In addition to our OTI’s, you can also stay connected with our work through Facebook and Twitter, and you can always link to our website, www.senatorhughes.com.
Thanks so much and take care.
