The Rebate
Programs
A program in Pennsylvania's Department of Revenue which
allows older Pennsylvanians, surviving spouses over fifty, and
permanently disabled citizens to maintain possession of their
homes
Requirements
·1 Income cannot exceed $15,000
·2 Must be 65 or older, married
to same
·3 Widow or Widower ages 50-64
·4 Disabled and over 18 years
of age
·5 Own and occupy same
property/Real Estate Tax receipt
·6 Rent and occupy same
property/Rent Receipts or landlord signature
·7 One Check per household
Applying for Rebate
You may obtain an application from your local agency on aging
or legislator's office.
